I completely agree! Sharing encouraging words with others can be so important for them and we don't even know it! If we want a world where others are motivated to eat healthier, we need to embrace them with empathy and encouragement!

Yes! It's very concerning knowing how prevalent obesity is amongst children knowing that 40-50% of their daily caloric intake comes from school. We need to implement more nutrient dense meals in our schools! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
