i’m gonna let the people who are smarter than me really dig into it, but todays wonder woman is the clearest example I have of Tom King not being nearly as clever as he thinks he is and trying to shoe in as many moments as possible that make you go “woahhhh” at the expense of substance

While the lack of Look Back is crushing (It would have won for me) it’s also unsurprising. I also would struggle to remove any of these except for Inside Out 2 because to be honest it’s a stacked year.
I wanna believe it’s anyone’s race at this point, but somehow I think Disney will still steal it.
