Terrible shopping experience in B&Q last night. Went to get bits for the new house. Hopeless and staff unhelpful, an hour wasted. Couldn't even find a sink plug or a kitchen waste pipe. Came home, ordered all off Amazon and it arrived today. 🤷🏼♀️
