I spent several hours yesterday making a giant batch of French onion soup for the freezer!
a pot of onions slowly cooking down A pot of broth, it's reddish (because of all of the red wine I added to it) The finished onion soup. This'll be frozen into cubes so that it can be made into lunch portions later.
