I find it surprising there has never been any real regulation of NHS managers. For years it's been clear action is needed.
But we have had years of inaction under the Tories and countless scandals.

These are not expats, they are immigrants.
You don’t “expat” somewhere, you emigrate, and that makes you an immigrant.
I have never heard anyone refer to “Bangladeshi Expats” or “Polish Expats”, it’s always immigrants, so why not here?
