You have a herniated disc between the 7th & 8th vertebrae in your thoracic spine (right in the middle of your back). An annular tear is a tear in the outer layer of your disc.
Need to talk with a doctor about this one definitely. Doesn't sound to far progressed, but it could get a lot worse.

Vertebral Bodies: mostly ok, some signs of benign (common) vascular tumors affecting possibly several vertebrae. Usually asymptomatic, but can cause spinal cord compression & progressive issues.

Meh. It's FINE. But honestly the playstyle and strats aren't terribly different for each Civ, and even on mid tier difficulties i was regularly on track for 3 or 4 victory conditions simultaneously. I got bored after 3 or 4 playthroughs.

What they did with towns and cities was interesting.
