Decided to go for a taste of Sicily tonight:
1.) Sicilian-style Swordfish steaks, sauce is olive oil, garlic, calabrian chili, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olive, capers.
2.) Insalata Pantesca - Sicilian style potato salad with red wine vinegar pickled red onion, basil, oregano, tomato, olive, & capers
