We took Pericles to the first-ever #vegan fest at the Abandoned Building Brewery in #Westernmass
Apparently many had the same idea. There’s obviously a huge market for good #plantbased food in this region. The line was an hour long.

“Steak and Cheese” sandwich: our house-made seitan steak takes 2+ days to make + infuse with all the best savory flavors. The steak strips are seared to order, mixed w/ grilled onions and peppers, topped w/ oat cheese, & sandwiched in a toasted house-made ciabatta bun!
