First #corgi playdate with Tillie in the snow. Pericles & Tillie took turns being the chaser and the chaser. Tillie is strategic, waiting to cut Peri off while he runs at least two times more than she does. He’s got some good, evasive maneuvers.

My #vegan salted maple ginger pie, a @nytimes.com recipe, took its place on the #thanksgiving dessert table last night. It was a hit! Not a lot leftover; everyone (omnivores included) loved it. First time using a springform pan. Gingersnap crust was easy. Secret ingredient: Japanese sweet potato.
