The in-gane art design style of HM64 and Ogre Battle 64 is one of my favorites of all time. I want so badly for a developer to attempt this cute/simplified 3D sprite style in a modern game!

Taco Buldak with grilled slices of a whole pork belly I smoked recently on the Traeger. This was amazing... highly recommend the taco flavor Buldak! Its up there with Cream Carbonara and Curry flavors!

Any playthrough of LttP when you finally get the golden sword, and the first time you swing it. The swing sound effect is so much deeper, and it just feels like it is cutting the air like hot butter!

This is it! I'm not the only one who felt something when seeing this painting for the first time. It was painted by Carmen Lomas Garza from Kingsville, Texas; the lithograph is in both the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago and the Smithsonian Museum of American Art in Washington, D.C.

Man, I was originally pretty hyped about the LEGO Mineral Collection coming this October, but the actual final product leaves a lot to be desired compared to the LEGO Ideas submission it started as. The fluorite looks kind of shoddy and the watermelon tourmaline is just disappointing.

Ruiqi and Pepper again. Still not 100% sure about what kind of weapon that Pepper will wield... I've been considering making him more of a mage or spellsword. Ruiqi is definitely a user of butterfly swords; that was always going to be her thing.

I very rarely do chibi art, but here is a rare example from the #DragaliaLost days. I think it is very hard to do chibi art well! I'm always amazed by the people that make it their specialty and really perfect their craft.

The first drawings I did of Mint & Gavin vs. Mint & Gavin today. I'm struggling with consistency on Gavin, but I like him a lot more than when I started. I love the drawing of them with the baby caterpillar fairies. I just feel like it came out exactly how I wanted it to.

I made my own Salsa Verde! I smoked the peppers and tomatillos while a brisket was going, it was really convenient!

I have often considered writing Gavin (Mint's big companion) to be autistic, but I have not fully committed to this. He is introverted and anxious for sure, but if im going to put him on the spectrum, I just want to make sure it doesn't feel like it's a gimmick I layered in.
