Merry Christmas! If you’re pirating ebooks with the excuse that “books should be accessible & free to all” then that is a GREAT way for you to ensure you’re going to end up with a world of AI slop books as authors stop writing because we can’t afford to write if our work is just going to get stolen.

I have a problematic housemate who spends most of his day stomping around our shared house screaming and kicking things. I think I’m going to start rewatching the raciest Heated Rivalry scenes out in the living room without headphones.

I like all of my English students and enjoy our lessons, but my next to last student of the day just cancelled last minute, so I still get paid and now I have a whole two hours free to sob over the new episode of Heated Rivalry before I meet with my last student, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME
