Thanks to Allegheny County Parks for setting up a native tree giveaway today in Borough of Fox Chapel! I was glad to pick up several serviceberry trees to replace some that came down our property during the storms earlier this year!

I had a great time knocking doors with Mark Schmidt & @lissaforallegheny.bsky.social - canvassing has taught me that talking to strangers about local government isn’t as scary as I thought it would be! After all, a stranger is just a friend you haven’t met yet ♥️🦌

It was a pleasure to see so many folks yesterday evening and contribute to the Shaler Area School District Backpack Initiative. No child should be hungry because school isn't in session or because their family can't afford to put food on the table. Great work @shalerdemcommittee.bsky.social !

in Sharpsburg, there are resources for residents (owners and renters) to receive a free energy audit & a heat pump which will help both owners and renters with rising costs of maintenance and utilities! Contact info in flyers if you or someone you know in Sharpsburg can benefit!
