Those listing weren't always accurate. It listed my house at risk of flood because we had a mostly dried up brook (i assume that's the reason) behind our house.

Does anyone know what the actual bubble burst effects would be aside from an unemployed tech sector and rich people losing a tiny bit of cash? Housing bubble was regular folk given out loans they couldn't afford, dotcom bubble was everyday folk trying to make something on their own. What is this?
