Today, my nearly 90-year-old grandma asked me to teach her #meditation. She believes it could support her at this stage of life and is excited to learn from her granddaughter. We start next week. 🥹🙏

Hey #Canadians! PSA that I found shopping for exclusively Canadian made products at the grocery store today pretty easy. I only made a few small sacrifices, with quality swaps for almost everything, and similar cost. Most shoppers were checking labels too. We got this! #TeamCanada

Last month I visited #Cambodia for the first time and it stole my heart. Of course the temples were awe inspiring, but I’ll return for the food, the nature, and especially, the amazing, warm-hearted people. ❤️🙏🇰🇭

Yesterday I cried (again) as I read about the horrifically hateful, harmful, incompetent response by the Trump administration.

I believe the most beneficial & needed response to hate is to love. And yet, it demands to be named: THIS IS NOT OK.
