She’s decided I may touch her but only on her terms. However, she may touch me whenever she feels like it. That includes whacking my forehead with her paw at 5 AM to make sure I am alive and will put food in her bowl soon. I’ve never worked so hard to get an animal to trust me.

I invited my neighbor friend over for snickerdoodles and a glass of wine tonight and after we gawked at the gorgeous full moon decided to make a homemade pizza together and contemplate the universe. These are the friends one should keep close. And cheese. Keep cheese close always. For pizza making.
