On this Sunday afternoon: stop, take a deep breath in, silently give thanks for the life you have, slowly exhale, and then go back to your day. Your power is in your breath. Your life is the practice.

Somedays we just need a little extra. A little extra patience. A little extra kindness. A little extra space. A little extra solitude. A little extra togetherness.

Whatever you need today, I hope it finds you in all the best ways.
