I have obtained a copy of the Flood Advisory issued by Met Éireann to local authorities today showing an orange level flood risk for many parts of East and South. I cannot see why it is not made public as I believe it is in the public interest to share it so I am sharing it.

Feeling a lot fresher Thursday with windchill lower than we have felt in a while. The windchill Sunday morning will be even cooler. For those doing DCM think about staying warm before the start as it can be a long wait.

Don’t drive into floods. These photos were taken just 20 minutes apart near Bantry in Cork yesterday. As you can see in the photos during that time, the water levels rose high enough to nearly cover the car.
