And guess what? We got through it. It worked out. (It usually does.)

Most of the things we stress about DO work out. But in the moment, it can feel overwhelming.

The key is building resilience—so we can flow with the stream instead of being thrown around by the rapids.

One of my go-to techniques? Box breathing.
✔️ Inhale for 4
✔️ Hold for 4
✔️ Exhale for 4
✔️ Hold for 4

Repeat 3-5 times. It helps calm the mind & bring you back to the present.

The stress didn’t magically disappear, but I was able to respond from a calmer, more grounded place. (4/7)
