A great example: the wildly successful Morning Star that has always operated on two principles:

1) individuals should not exercise the use of force against other people (or the property of other people)

2) individuals should honour their commitments to others.

Whenever she's told me about it, it sounds really cool and definitely in line with recruiting 'architect' types.

Finally read this. Great stuff! That school study is quite mind blowing & thinking of the potential if we had more 'architect' leaders in the NHS... wow.

In terms of recruiting them, Helen Sanderson has an amazing recruitment process for that they used in Wellbeing Teams. (Award-winning, in fact!)

Oh yay! How fun. Good question. Where do YOU think would be a good place/forum for conversation about episodes? There are comments options on the podcast site etc. but that tends not to be a dialogue, I guess.
