Did 15+ minutes on the static bike today at the gym. First time on a 'bike' since 17th June. So happy. It wasn't painful at all. My PT was encouraging, pleased with my progress. Needed that.

Plaster off today and I have seven sealed sponges to clean the incision every day for the next week. The scar looks really tidy. Healing well 😁
