It's because lying has become an accepted artform. Trump set the stage with his incessant, shameless lying. They all love to lie, laugh about it, and try and outdo each other. Having fun while pursuing their goal of confusing and exhausting their perceived 'enemies' is the point.
If someone doesn’t ask Karoline Leavitt why she posted on social media that this bill includes no taxes on Social Security when she knows it is a lie and she intentionally lied to the American people, everyone in the room should lose their jobs.
