I took my #Fairphone4 out for a test drive to the local mall with its new mainline kernel camera support in #postmarketos conjured up by @z3ntu. Yay!
My son's discerning opinion was that the photos look like the 90s. Definitely reminds me of 4x6" prints from […]

FLX1s Update #2
We’re excited to share that **manufacturing for the FuriPhone FLX1s has been completed**. Our team has been hard at work in China over the past few weeks, refining both hardware and software to ensure everything meets our standards for quality and performance. While the production phase is now behind us, we’re currently focused on finalizing FuriOS, optimizing drivers, polishing the user experience, and making sure every component works seamlessly on the new hardware. Once this final round of testing and optimization is complete, we’ll be preparing the official FuriOS installation images for release. **Shipping Timeline** The question on everyone’s mind: **“When are you shipping the darn things?”** The honest answer is that while manufacturing is complete, we’re still hard at work on the final integration of FuriOS with the FLX1s hardware. This stage is all about polishing performance, refining system stability, and ensuring that every feature works flawlessly out of the box. We’re also coordinating the final logistics and software wrap-up in parallel. Our current estimate is that devices will leave the factory in about three weeks, which aligns with the completion of the remaining software work. Around that same time, units should begin arriving at our warehouse and from there, shipping to customers will begin shortly after.
