Iowa Legislature passes bill removing civil rights protections for transgender Iowans
Republicans in the Iowa House and Senate passed a bill Thursday afternoon to remove state civil rights protections for transgender Iowans, sending it to Gov. Kim Reynolds' desk for her signature.
