#BREAKING: A coalition of public labor unions, including @myuea has announced a referendum to repeal HB 267, the law that bans collective bargaining by public unions in Utah. The groups have to gather at least 140K signatures in 40 days to put the issue to voters on the ballot.

ICYMI: The Utah legislature is eyeing some big changes to vote by mail. A House proposal would allow voters to be mailed a ballot, but require it be returned in person with an ID. There would be an option to opt-in to return a ballot by mail. @abc4news #utpol

HAPPENING NOW: House Government Ops committee where two bills have lots of eyes. One makes it a misdemeanor if Utah's county clerks check how someone cast their ballot, the other makes changes to daylight saving time so Utah wouldn't have fall back.
