I’m going to make sleeping the majority of my workout regime. When Verlander and Ohtani both say sleep is incredibly important for their performance, clearly I should do as much of it as possible, right?

I really do think that teams are doing the wrong thing in throwing ex MLB players with no experience managing into the clubhouse. I don’t think it’s about “knowing how to win” though. It’s about knowing how to manage people and demeanor to do so.

And, because why not? Actual Old Time Photos for #PortfolioDay. The one of the couple won best Victorian Photo in the 2014 Old Time Photo Awards. The picture of the woman on the "bar-top" was 3rd I believe in the best photo of a Woman category. The dog was my dog Daisy.

Homerun derby was great!
Don’t love the format. Or the announcers.
But Ruschman switching sides of the plate for the bonus time abd then hitting a bunch of home runs in a row was awesome.
Julio’s first round was incredible.
And Vladdy going twice in a row and getting the win was impressive.
