I find myself calling on what sustains me and is natural to me. A gentle steady process and presence.

This is urgent & incredibly bracing. Everything now is a matter of character, make sure you have a core self & keep affirming it through action & core values. Make sure you keeping remembering you’re “in the vale of soul-making”(John Keats). Or we’re truly screwed.
