I agree the standard of a lot of politicians is probably way below most migrants. Politcians at the Tory conference didn't even notice this was spelt wrong.

Its the resentment felt by people in poverty that makes many of them susceptable to wealthy opportunists like Farage, who dominates the media, telling them the reason they are poor is the foreigners and it works.
