(Musk in the Oval Office): Hrrrmm, better cut another 200 air traffic controllers and get this all sorted out.
A Delta flight carrying ~80 passengers from Minnesota appears to have crash landed at Toronto Pearson Airport. No casualties reported as of this time. Numerous photos and videos have been released showing passengers safely exiting the plane, which flipped upside down. At least 8 people injured.

Remember this day.

The last full day with a Democratic President.

We don’t know when or if we’ll ever live another day like this. 🥺

And we have to point the finger at ourselves:

Are we moving from a place of love?

Are we as educated as we can be about what is happening?

Why are we angry? And who are we angry with?

Is this the best way to use my time & energy?

Have I helped myself today?

Have I helped someone else today?

Trump hanging his supporters in DC out to dry in favor of an exclusive inauguration where only his inner circle and top donors can attend is the perfect metaphor for this administration and today’s GOP.

Ahem…!
Reminder for anyone who sees Trump as a savior: He lobbied to have tiktok banned in the first place, and now he’s positioning himself as the hero by unbanning it. It’s theatrics.

Everyone having a camera on their phone is a very new concept… there was a time when people actually asked to take photos. Now (in the last 5 years) they just take them.. I understand the “price” of fame… this is not the fame I grew up with in mind. This is something everyone should be worried about
Alas, the Faustian bargain of fame 💔 😞

Opinion | 2024 was a bad year for basic decency in America. You can thank Trump for that. | Opinion — USA TODAY
How the U.S. does under Donald Trump's upcoming leadership is irrelevant. The moral cost of getting there has already been too steep.

It's not about celebrating murder. It's not about the absence of societal decency or morality.

It's about loss of faith.

People are losing faith in the rule of law. In its ability to hold the rich and powerful accountable.

Keep gaslighting them at your own peril.
