In politics nothing is ever settled nothing is ever over, you don't ever have one vote and then that's it forever.

No one wants Brexit, everyone wants another vote on it.

Lets have one.

Terrific stuff. "You may have sat with an aged grandparent, listening to them rambling on trying to pick the right moment to interject. Perhaps there was something you needed to persuade them to agree to: a visit to the doctor, a signature on a power of attorney, or Article 5 of the Nato Treaty. "

Tim Leunig in the FT is right about Brexit.

But it’s far worse.

Brexit ripped us out of our $19 trillion GDP domestic market & reduced us to one a 6th of it, thumped our economy, fractured the UK, threw our governance into chaos, & generated perilous geopolitical effects.

Literally the only downside of doing this is negative headlines in the Tory press. It would boost the economy, give young Brits brilliant opportunities, reset the relationship with the EU and boost UK soft power. Allowing fear of the Mail to scupper this would be unforgivable.
