So much for my squirrel buster bird feeder. Breakfast time!

The snow is so deep, I didn't think the flock would be back after I finished refilling the bird feeder. It isn't even off the ground anymore, but here they are!

Well I'm glad I left my Christmas wreath hanging! This guy has found a use for it. He has found one of the mushy strawberries I threw out into the courtyard. It's frozen solid! He's going to be there a while...

The snow has let up again, so the goldfinches are dive bombing the bird feeder while they can. This picture doesn't do them justice, but they sure are fun to watch. It will start snowing again anytime now. Snow squalls off and on all day today.

And then an hour later this is what we have. Here we go again! My poor husband. I try to help, but he tells me to go back inside! You don't have to tell me twice 🥰

And the way everything is illuminated is just stunning.

The sunrise after a snowstorm is always just so pretty.

It's here! Yippeeeee!!! ❄️ Best when you are home to watch. So far about 5cm has fallen in an hour and a half. I would help to clear it, but only my hubby knows how to operate the snowblower 😉 That's a Blue 💙 Job.
