The snow is so deep, I didn't think the flock would be back after I finished refilling the bird feeder. It isn't even off the ground anymore, but here they are!

Well I'm glad I left my Christmas wreath hanging! This guy has found a use for it. He has found one of the mushy strawberries I threw out into the courtyard. It's frozen solid! He's going to be there a while...

Mr. Trump claims the issue is about drugs. U.S. customs officials only seized 43 lb of fentanyl at our border last year, but more than 21,000 lbs seized at the Southern border. We are spending $1 billion more on security to patrol the border, with more foot patrols, drones, and helicopters.

I've not been commenting, but I can't stand it any more. The president of the United States lies at whim. We here in Canada take issue with the guns that come across our border from the US. More migrants cross over into Canada than vice versa. Less than 1% of fentanyl comes from Canada.

Mr Trump also points out that they don't sell cars in the European Union. I wonder if that's because they drive on the Left Hand Side of the road. As such the steering wheel needs to be on the right hand side of the vehicle. Is General Motors willing to retool their lines to make this adjustment?

The snow has let up again, so the goldfinches are dive bombing the bird feeder while they can. This picture doesn't do them justice, but they sure are fun to watch. It will start snowing again anytime now. Snow squalls off and on all day today.

Wow stranded on Hwy 11 for over 5 hours, not moving, due to snow squals and zero visibility. It's a scary wait for help when they close the Hwy. 😱
#Muskoka and #Bracebridge fire departments are extracting stranded individuals on Highway 11 from their vehicles...
UPDATE: Stranded drivers on Highway 11 being taken to Gravenhurst Town Hall
OPP are advising drivers about weather conditions creating unsafe roadways between Gravenhurst and Orillia.

I drove by the day this fellow started setting up, in plain sight, & then added "rooms". Now they get help! We don't have places for them to live. What would you do? The System is backwards. Eg. Single Mom can't get a daycare space without a job, and can't get a job without daycare!

Well we went to Vaughn Mills, Black Friday, total gridlock now. Trying to get home and they have CLOSED the bridge to get over Hwy 400 AND the ramp to 400 north bound. Total gridlock when they only needed to close 1 lane for a hydro truck. Bonkers! #TorontoTraffic #gridlock

I can’t tell you how different it is on X now after so many people have left. I have always followed mostly right-wing accounts because I cover them, and they are running out of people to pick fights with. So they’re just mostly fighting with each other.
