@nicollewallace.bsky.social why are we legitimizing the term "narco-terrorist"? This is a loaded term. Terrorist has a very specific definition. Are all drug traffickers terrorists now? No. Criminals, to be sure. They can't excuse this crap by saying they're fighting terrorism.

I can personally attest to this and knew people that were the same. Not drug addicts or alcoholics, not criminals. Just people who lost a job, lost their home and don't have enough money to cover 3x the rent, first and last months deposit, and utilities. It can happen to anyone and it usually does.
