pharmacists can prescribe some meds now for short-term coverage!! (I say, as a person who somehow constantly forgets I am running out of things until on my last pill 🤪...)

Yikes!! I'd do allergy meds (cetirizine/reactine or loratadine/claritin), plus advil for the swelling!
And make a (non-urgent) doctor's appointment for the future-- allergies tend to get worse with each exposure, so you might want an epipen for next time 😬
(obvs not a dr, just an allergy mom!)
