When Ultra Women came out @lilycanter.bsky.social and I set ourselves a challenge to do a 24h run. So off we went to Equinox at Belvoir castle to do 10k loops. I did 70 miles, Lily’s knee held up really well and she did 80miles. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 home to bed now…
