tired of if a woman says she likes reading books it's oh so romantasy books? like 1. no not all women read the female dominant reader genre cmon 2. what if they read murder mystery books

i wish people read books more. the books with depth, messaging, themes for further discussion around the author's purpose

even when i was younger it was pretty noticeably bad how little people read or critically *thought* about the media they are consuming. it's... it's gotten extraordinarily exponentially worse. wow. theyre working so hard to keep the masses uneducated lmfao

sometimes the fight or flight survival instincts feel so ingrained in me that no matter how hard i try, i wont fully grow out of it. i wont rest, im on guard and uncomfortable w the idea of not being on guard. uncomfortable w the idea of being wholly dependent on someone. being vulnerable

if i had the insane amount of money they had id be signing that world hunger thing w that organisation to end world hunger. but i guess that line of thinking doesnt make one a billionaire easily in this world ?

I remember that too, the undervaluing of writing as a skill feels like it's everywhere in gaming. They keep remaking Skyrim and yet can't work out why people loved it so much 🤣
