I joined an “uncensored” Capitalist v Socialist group on FB. Therapy is teaching me the best way to combat these incoherent yet vile nazis is clogging their group posts by spamming text & diagrams from the LoadMaster Elite Series Maintenance Manual and preventing anything from being said.

Always bring up the fact these protests are also about accountability, any dismissal that may imply horrid shit isnt still happening should be reinforced with the idea that ICE needs to be held accountable for all of their actions regardless of promises.

I lived in Yachimata for about 5-6 months when I was a kid, in an apartment above an Italian restaurant and across the street was a peanut field!
Bocchi-kun (a pile of harvested peanuts) is the mascot of a shopping street in Yachimata City, Chiba Prefecture, which is famous for peanuts.

I either have plaque psoriasis that’s finally starting to develop or am getting eczema from stress and allergies. The former would be a genetic trait from my dad and the latter a trait from my mom.

I’m hitting a weird wall with my depression and anxiety and I’m really at the point where I think Spravato sessions might be the best idea for me. Therapy and my Wellbutrin really help me but I keep running into issues with self-worth.

@geoliminal.bsky.social I’m severely limited in knowledge compared to you, obviously, but is it worth me hypothesizing that Maine and all of its watersheds are either part of a proto or post fjord system? I grew up in peninsular Maine so I’m very curious.

My counselor reminded me that it’s not always fantastical/magic thinking when a piece of media helps me find meaning in my life, and being able to relate deeply to the thing that I am engaging with is a rare skill that not everyone is capable, for whatever reason.
