MY TIPS FOR FIGURATIVE PAPERCUT COLLAGE (a thread)

1) You can use any paper with color to make up your shapes, but I like to paint my own sheets of paper to get nice textures. I've mostly use acrylic paint on regular crappy printer paper. Acrylic doesn't reactivate from the glue!
