#coastcard part 5. I completed this in December but struggle juggling social media! I feel this is still a bit wobbly but MUCH better than piece 4.

4/10 #coastcard , dang plein air is hard. My lines are looking wobbly…guess next time I’ll use tape?

Coastcard is deferred to this weekend but here’s a mini pet portrait and the ref I took while pet-sitting

2nd #coastcard , used Holbien acryla-gouache this time, noodled the hell out of it. I gotta pare down and simplify, maybe set a timer, because no way I can keep up this level of detail without going insane.

Day 1 of #coastcard ! Painted with traditional gouache on wood coaster (sealed and gesso’d. Honestly would not recommend). Reference photo I took last week while foraging for chanterelles! Tomorrow gonna try acryla gouache.
