Why did the #lotr movies do my boy Faramir so dirty?! My favorite parts of The Two Towers were him and how different he is from most men, and directly opposite of his brother. Smdh.

I'm reading and mostly listening to the lotr (I started with The Hobbit), and I'm thoroughly enjoying fellowship. This is one of my favorite kinds of fantasy novels. I love getting lost in them, love the slower pacing that really lets me sink into the world and the characters. The audiobooks are a+

The fires around LA make me so sad, but people laughing and saying "burn it all down" are making me even more sad. These are humans and animals, real people. It isn't even just the rich or celebrities y'all hate so much, it's people who are losing their whole lives.

Don't forget about the ones still recovering from hurricane Helene and being hit with this. But climate change isn't real, right? 🙄
