I am not a cartographer/map-maker...OR AM I?
Couldn't wrangle an artists for Notes for a Curious Traveler, but I did manage to snag a free trial to Inkcarnate. It's pretty cool and not terribly hard to use. Imagine if I had more than 40 minutes to play!

But I can practice and get to know my responses now. Understanding ourselves under gentle pressure helps us show up better.

Role-playing lets people experiment with challenging emotions in an easier, safer setting. The debrief--also included in the training--is where the integration happens.
