You have to have two playlists for the gym. A “girlie pop bad bitch” mix and a “I’m him.” Mix. On the days you don’t feel it, “girlie pop” mix, on the days you do “I’m him” mix. Or switch them. But two moods of playlist one for the internal and one for the external.

No respect for a person that will see how a person could be better and have the balls to say it to anybody but that person, it’s weird. It’s like you might almost get a kick out of seeing someone struggle. If it wasn’t that important you wouldn’t talk about it. If you’re that passionate tell them.
