I've noted that some other naturist mention that they do, or used to class themselves as quite introverted. I know I used to be, but since my first naturist activities, and then becoming a life model, I've become far more outgoing in my everyday life. All from my new-found confidence when naked.

This is Laurence Woodford outdoors. Probably near his home. In his book, he describes getting up early to run barefoot and plunge naked into a river. Also doing winter (nude) photo shoots. At some point I hope to visit the area as a naked hike and swim.

I was very lucky to get an original copy of Laurence Woodford's book. He wrote this fascinating book in 1935. Illustrated with 40 wonderful photo plates, showing his poses in the studio and in the countryside near his home. The text explains his methods of posing and hints of his naturism.

Some may have heard of the physical culture movement. I take inspiration from Laurence Woodford. A naturist, bodybuilder and sportsman. He swam and exercised nude near his home town of Bedford.
