I wonder if this lunch will undo the damage my fast food breakfast did this morning. This simple salad has grapefruit, walnuts, and homemade Italian herb dressing over a bed of mixed greens.

Definitely a great shot. I had the privilege of seeing a wolf this summer in Colorado, but only had my cell phone to get this pic before he darted away.

In 2008, I had a vision of a blue butterfly 🦋. It had nothing to do with politics or social media. It was a sign from God to encourage my wife and me regarding a chronic illness that took my daughter's life. You can read this amazing story at www.lifelynx.net Click the blue butterfly at the top.

Today is the 7 year anniversary of my mother's departure from this earth. I really miss here this time of the year. She left me with an awesome example of what it means to be a strong woman who was unselfish, fun, loving, and strong in her faith.
