I think there are three deaths. One when the body shuts down and ceases to function: a second when we are buried or cremated … and here is the cruncher…. the third is when our name is mentioned for the very last time.

Would you agree that the vast majority of psychiatric diagnoses are not based on empirical medical observations, but rather the language used (or not) by a patient? Which makes it subjective.

Very interesting that physical issues were so prominent correlates of withdrawal; unsteady gait was a particular surprise.
