Daily DBZ 134-2. 17 & 18 carry the containment pod outside and activate it. Android 16 awakens, but he's different than the other two. He’s full robot and a man of few words. Without anything better to do they decide to follow their last order and fly off to go kill Goku, completely ignoring Vegeta.

Daily DBZ 085. Vegeta goes nuts shooting all kindsa bursts and blasts like a fireworks show, but nothing can hit Frieza. Guy’s too quick! He even kicks away a blast that could’ve destroyed the planet. Frieza puts a real wallop on Vegeta and sends him into the sea where he stops for a crab snack.
