Today, 59 States, including LI, expressed their support for the independence, impartiality, and integrity of the ICC. We stand firmly with the Court against sanctions of ICC officials, staff and those cooperating with it and reaffirm our shared commitment to fight impunity.

Our world is in a very difficult place today. But to be successful in our fight against the forces of destruction and self-destruction - we need a strong, better UN - that we shape together.

The continued existence of the UN is at stake. The "UN80" process is our chance to make this organization fit for purpose. At the forefront, it must fulfill its promise as a peace organization - through action, in the Security Council or through the GA's peace and security powers under the Charter.
