I've been trying to learn art again, and even the most gentle tutorials seem to abruptly veer into "the rest of the fucking owl" territory. But I've been taking the pieces I've learned from each source (plus a LOT of "artist tips") and they're starting to mesh together. Slowly. But there's progress!

I wouldn't be too worried. This is the kind of thing where you can just add hats or palette swap them and call them Martin, Ray, Fkevin... Unless it's a major video game project, they tend to care much less.
