Just about a 7 year old girl being ashamed of her freckles, trying to hide them, and then coming to terms with them. Literally no reason to be banned.

As a lifelong freckleface, I would have appreciated this book when I was a child. I had a hard time accepting my freckles and some days I still have a hard time. Books are so powerful in so many ways. Seeing yourself in a book can be such an empowering moment. #booksaremagic
