I keep seeing ads for earphones that no one can see or tell you are wearing. I wear my big ass headphones so people see I don't want to be interacted with. I'm over here trying to mind my own business and people will still try to ask me things so no thanks,I'll keep my large ear coverings thank you.

I haven't been to a GP doctor in almost a decade, but I finally have insurance again, so today's the day. Who's ready for an intense panic attack that lasts hours? I knew it was coming, and yet still, my nerves were not prepared.

Been considering getting a rollator for years to alleviate my pain while walking, but I'm so self-conscious and don't want to deal with the questions, even though I think it could really help. I wish it wasn't on me to constantly explain my disabilities to those around me.

How do you keep going when you've been saying for so long that you can't keep doing the same thing over and over but any move you try doesn't work and you have no other avenues and no one is listening to your desperate cries for help? Asking for a friend 😬
