A small, independent municipal library in Takoma Park, Maryland
Did you know that all of the tables in our main reading room were made by a local artist out of trees from the original building site?

Shoutout to Treincarnation for crafting pieces that are truly stunning at all hours, and especially when sunlight comes through the clerestory windows.

If you have ever thought about joining a book club but haven't had the time to read a whole book, consider joining us for the Short Story (Not a Book) Club starting in September — third Thursdays at 630pm.

Come stock up on books, and we will see you again on the other side 📚❤️📚

#WorldBookDay is 365 days/year in our library, but we hope that the rest of the world is picking up a book today to celebrate, too 📚

Come visit us to browse and check out something that looks interesting ... maybe un libro nuevo en español, or a title for Arab American Heritage Month?
